Q2. How can I get a sample?
A:Samples without customized logo are free, but the freight is collect. If you want with customized logo, we will charge labor cost and ink cost only. Also will be collect on your account, Thank you !

Q3. How long we can get a (customized) samples?
A:  It takes about seven days for regular samples to be sent by express delivery. If you need to customize the logo, it will take 10-15 days.

Q4.  How do you ship the goods?
A:  The mass productions would be shipping by LCL or FCL by sea. If urgent, you can choose shipping by air, but the freight change will be more expensive.

Q5. How many days can you deliver my goods after my order?
A:  Normally 7-30days after sample confirmed. lt's decided by your quantity of order.
